Although we try to dispatch on same day of purchase please allow 2-3 working days. I run a guitar/amp repair shop and sometimes can’t get to the post office till at least the following day of purchase.

Please allow up to three to five working days between build time and postage for wiring harnesses.

It’s a rare case where an item is purchased but is actually not in stock. This arises when the stock has been depleted as a result of being sold on my eBay or Reverb store before I have had a chance to update the listing. If this happens, your item will be placed on a backorder until I have it back in stock. I will inform the customer in advance of this and if they would prefer a refund there is no problem there and it will be refunded immediately. Please note that refund may take up to three working days but for overseas orders may take a bit longer.

• Items purchased from Ireland should reach the buyer usually within 3 working days of being posted.
• UK buyers should expect their delivery from 5-10 working days.
• European countries 7-14 working days.
• USA, Russia and Rest of World, please allow at least 14 days for delivery. 
• We strive to keep shipping costs down for the customer but we are at the mercy of the post office and ever increasing postage costs. This is why we suggest to always choose the Tracked Post method for delivery as you can buy much more items for a lower cost of postage and have the piece of mind that your package is insured and to have the ability to check its progress. Please rest assured that any excess postage paid on orders will be refunded to your account or card after processing and postage calculation. Note that we cannot refund card processing fees, fees incurred by PayPal or bank charges to my account; these will be considered processing charges and offset against shipping costs.
