If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days and a full refund will be provided. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described, is defective or damaged in transit.
Buyer must provide proof of defective item in the form of a high quality photo(s) sent to our email. We will then send out a replacement part or refund for cost if item is out of stock. Item can also be re-ordered at customers request and only if a re-order is possible from our suppliers. Please note, a re-order is only possible and dependent on a coincidence of a bulk order in the making from our suppliers to offset cost of shipping to our company.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
If, for any reason you wish to cancel an order and require a refund, please email us and we will be happy to assist. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your bank account if having paid with IBAN.
Potentiometers and other electronic components requiring soldering must be returned in an un-used, un-soldered state and in the original packaging.
Shipping: Excess shipping on small multiple items will be refunded to your account. On bulk items with a higher value the excess cost of shipping will be used for registered tracked post. Excess on that will also be refunded to your account. We will not cover the cost for service charges for card payments and online payment processor fees, these will be incorporated into the cost of shipping. If there is any excess after that we will refund the difference. Shipping cost on returned items whereby the customs charges are not paid by the buyer is non-refundable.If an item is routed back to our company by the postal services for an extraordinary reason and we have followed all the necessary protocols we do not assume responsibility for the cost of re-shipping an item or refunding for shipping.
For customers in the UK and European countries outside of the Eurozone, please be aware that taxes may be applied in your country on arrival of your purchased items. East-West Guitars does not take any responsibility for any import taxes, customs charges or administration fees payable on orders made outside of the Eurozone. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover all charges related to Customs and the import of goods into their own country, if charges apply to the shipment.
